Thank you for supporting my small business based in Vancouver, BC. I am committed to getting your order to you safetly and efficiently. Here's how I ship:
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- I do not ship or deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
- All items are shipped through Canada Post
- Cards, prints and stickers are sent through regular mail with a flat rate of $5.00.
- Jewelry can also be sent through regular mail with a flat rate of $5.00 or you can add tracking with a flat rate of $12.00.
- At check out please select the correct shipping box for your order.
LOCAL PICKUP (VANCOUVER, BC)
- I offer local pickup from my home in Vancouver.
- To arrange pickup, please send me a message after placing your order.
- Pick is by appointment only. I will coordinate a time and provide the address once confirmed.
- Make sure to select the FREE local pickup option at check out
PACKAGING DETAILS
- Cards and prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard mailers to prevent bending.
- Flat resin art may also be shipped in cardboard mailers when appropriate.
- Other resin pieces are wrapped in tissue, cushioned in foam wrap, and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
- Jewelry comes carefully wrapped in bubble envelope or a mini mailer box.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- if you have chosen tracking for your purchase, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do all orders include tracking?
No. If you choose the flat rate of $5.00 your order does not include tracking.
Is your artwork refundable?
All artwork is final sale. Due to the nature of handmade and limited-edition pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
